I told you guys we had more to go, didn't I? Like Roland Ezuruike winning a gold for us and placing us 2nd in Africa, on the Paralympics table isn't enough, #TeamNigeria is a proud winner of two more gold medals!
In the picture above is Paul Kehinde who lifted some nerve-racking (literally) 220kg in Men's 65kg event at the games! And of course, he smashed the world records for the 65kg category!!
And we're not done yet. A third gold was won for #TeamNigeria by Lucy Ejike (picture below) who lifted 142kg in the 61kg lifting class. Wow!
Roland Ezuruike, Paul Kehinde and Lucy Ejike, in CNN Sport's words 'have all won gold for Nigeria to stand atop the Rio podium #Paralympics.' And it's the Paralympics, meaning they are 'differently-abled!' Or what is commonly referred to as 'handicapped' or 'disabled'.
Go for (more) gold, #TeamNigeria!
